Why is it important to know about social media?
Why is social media important? Social media is important because it allows you to reach, nurture, and engage with your target audience — no matter their location. When a business can use social media to connect with its audience, it can use social media to generate brand awareness, leads, sales, and revenue.

Exposure to social media is inevitable, one likes it or not. Ofcourse people have exploited it for business and which in turn has brought in many good things.
However, the exposure put the vulnerable segments of the society the children and grand parents at high risks. Children being exploited. The grandparents and older generation being exploited as well as left out of the main stream.
Question we should ask ourselves is, How do we give a safe and comfortable space to the children and the older generation on social media making them an inclusive part of this eco system ?
